South Limburg

South Limburg will be the setting for the Gravel World Cup in October 2025. In this region, near the borders with Belgium and Germany, you will find everything that makes this fast-growing discipline so special: altimeters, variety and character. In the municipalities of Beek, Beekdaelen and Maastricht, you do not cycle on specially built paths, but through a landscape that has been inviting discovery for generations. Think steep climbs, rough gravel strips and vistas that make you forget you are in the Netherlands. Along the way, you pass chapels along the path, half-timbered houses among orchards and quiet hollow roads that make the landscape unique.
South Limburg breathes cycling, but with its vast gravel network, it also has something unique to offer internationally. In 2025, the world may come to experience that for itself.
