In the Home of Gravel – Shimano Experience Center, you can not only enjoy excellent coffee but also take advantage of our facilities and support in the lead-up to the World Championship. At the Shimano Experience Center, we’re happy to accommodate you with our facilities, as a World Championship participant, you’ll receive special treatment at no cost.

Live and exclusive
The Home of Gravel Service is exclusively available for all qualified WCH participants and is free of charge until October 10, 2025. To ensure smooth preparation, we ask you to register your visit in advance via our website. Your registration to the service is mandatory and allows us to perfectly organize your arrival and ensure you can fully benefit from our services.

Services

1. Clean, Safe and Warm

Use our comfortable changing rooms and securely store your belongings in one of our lockers. After each exploration of the World Championship course, a warm shower provides that extra sense of satisfaction. After your ride, you can clean your bike at our bike washing station. This ensures your bike is ready for your next training session.

A breakdown is never fun. You can often fix minor issues yourself, but if you encounter technical problems you can’t resolve, we’ll pick you up. Should you unfortunately crash and be unable to continue, we’ll ensure your bike is safely retrieved and secured at the Shimano Experience Center. After all, your health comes first, and your bike is valuable too.

Off-road cycling in Limburg can be challenging, so we provide carefully selected GPX routes to enhance your experience. You’ll receive the official World Championship gravel route in GPX format, allowing you to navigate every turn and obstacle with precision. We also offer GPX routes from the Shimano Experience Center to the official start of the World Championship Gravel Race in Beek and back from the finish in Maastricht. Additionally, we’ll guide you to the nearest access point to the World Championship route, just 4 kilometers from the Shimano Experience Center.
