The 2025 Bolero UCI Gravel World Championship will take place on the 11th and 12th of October in Beek, Beekdaelen, and Maastricht. It promises to be an unforgettable gravel cycling weekend for young and old, supporters and riders alike, with one ultimate goal: the rainbow jersey.

To help achieve this goal, the organizers are still looking for clubs and associations to get involved and support the event (members must be at least 15 years old).

Various volunteer roles

Learn more below about the different roles available during the World Championship Gravel event weekend:

Event Setup and Takedown

Help with setting up and taking down various event zones. In return, you’ll get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the World Gravel Championships.

Feed Zones

Provide riders with drinks and snacks during the race, and help ensure these zones run smoothly and safely. Your effort literally fuels the riders!

Signallers / Parking Stewards

As a signaller, you’re a vital part of the event. Ensure a safe race experience on one or more days. Thanks to your help, riders can compete for the world title without interruptions.

Parking stewards guide visitors smoothly and safely through the parking areas, ensuring good traffic flow.

Flow Management

Contribute to an amazing atmosphere! Guide spectators, answer questions, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone attending the event.

Eco / Green Team

Support a sustainable World Gravel Championship. Together, we’ll keep the event zones clean and reduce waste across the stunning course through South Limburg.

Registrations

Welcome the riders and assist in distributing race packets. You’ll be their first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and friendly start to their experience.
